    Is Coconut water equally beneficial as the fruit or what?
    Also pls advise what time of the day it should be taken….with meals, before meals or after meals???

      Coconut fruit contains fat & fiber. Coconut water lacks fiber. Both are rich in anti-oxidants, proteins, vitamins & minerals. Coconut water is an isotonic, refreshing and nutritious drink.
